Polycarpos (Polis) Philippou
Polycarpos Philippou is the Senior Partner and founder of the firm. He studied law at the University of Athens graduating in 1979.

In his years of practice as a Cyprus Lawyer he has handled a plethora of high profile Court cases both civil and criminal.

His areas of expertise include civil and commercial litigation, real estate, construction law litigation and criminal defence.

He speaks Greek and English.

Eleni-Philippou-small  

Eleni Philippou
Eleni obtained her LLB (Honours) from the University of Nottingham in 2000 and obtained a Masters (LLM) in Commercial Law from the University of Sheffield with Distinction. She has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2002.

Eleni is the Managing Partner of the Firm.

She deals with Property & Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts, Probate and Administration of Estates, Corporate Administration and Commercial Contracting. Eleni is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and a full member of the Cyprus Branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

She speaks English and Greek fluently and has a working knowledge of French and Spanish.

Gregoris-Philippou-small  

Gregoris Philippou
Gregoris studied law at the University of Leicester where he graduated with a first class honours degree and was awarded the George Heim Memorial Trust Prize for the best graduate intending to become a barrister.

He was awarded a scholarship by the Cyprus Ministry of Education to continue his postgraduate studies at the University of Cambridge where he graduated with an LLM (Masters in Law) in Corporate and Commercial Law.

Gregoris completed his studies with the Legal Practice Course at BPP in Holborn, London.

At Cambridge he studied Commercial Equity (Advanced Trusts and Equitable Regulation of Commerce), Corporate Governance, Restitution and International Commercial Litigation, and at BPP his LPC was focused on Acquisitions, Commercial Litigation and Corporate Finance.

Grigoris has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2012. He deals with commercial litigation, corporate work and commercial agreements.

He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association Committee on companies.

He speaks Greek and English.

Afroditi-Charalambides-small  

Afroditi Charalambides
Afroditi obtained an LLB (Honours) degree from the University of Leeds and an LLM (Master of Laws) degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham. She has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2012.

She is a litigation lawyer and has a wide focus including civil law (particularly contract and tort), criminal law, family, property and administrative law.

Afroditi speaks Greek, English and Finnish and has some knowledge of French.

Violetta-Tokhmakhidou-small  

Violeta Tokhmakidou
Violeta studied law in Russia at the State Technical University of North Caucasus and she is a registered advocate in Cyprus since 2013.

She deals with property and conveyancing, wills and administration of estates, family and general civil matters.

She speaks Greek and Russian. She is studying to improve her English.

Chrysostomos-Philippou-small   Chrysostomos Philippou 
Chrysostomos obtained his Bachelor degree (B.Sc) in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics in 1984. He then worked in London for Touche Ross & Co until 1987 whereby he became a Chartered Accountant (ACA), returning to Cyprus thereafter.

He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a
Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.

Chrysostomos has extensive experience in large commercial transactions involving multinational corporations, media, industrial, real estate and hotel businesses, and corporate services, attained through his services as either executive or non executive director at various private and public companies.


He speaks Greek and English.

nicoletta   Nicoletta Charalambous
Nicoletta obtained an LLB (Honours) from the University of Sheffield and an LLM (Master of Laws) degree in Commercial Law also from the University of Sheffield. She then continued to receive a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary University (London). She has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2012.

Nicoletta is a litigation lawyer and she focuses on litigation covering mainly civil law (contract and tort), property law, criminal law and administrative law.


She speaks English and Greek and has a working knowledge of French. She is currently learning Russian.

Michaella-Anastasi-small  

Michaella Anastasi

Michaella obtained a Law degree from the University of Cyprus in 2014.

She became a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2015 and she obtained a first prize for her Cyprus Bar Association exam paper on Family Law.

Michaella is currently studying for an LLM degree in Commercial and Corporate Law by distance learning at the University of London.

She is part of the litigation team mainly dealing with Family Law, contract and tort.

She speaks Greek and English.
