About Dimitris
Dimitris Panagi is an Associate in the corporate and tax practice at Philippou Law Firm. He advises private clients and businesses on Cyprus company formation and structuring, tax residency and relocation, and the tax treatment of domestic and cross-border arrangements.
His work includes group reorganisations, shareholder and intra-group financing, trusts, and the corporate and commercial documentation supporting these transactions. He also assists with the related regulatory and compliance requirements. Dimitris holds an LL.B. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, is completing an MSc in Law and Economics, and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2025.
