Iakovos Yiannakkos

Iakovos Yiannakkos is an Operations Executive at Philippou Law Firm, working on business automation, CRM systems and management reporting. He designs and maintains systems that organise client, sales and finance information and reduce repetitive administrative work.

His projects include the firm's internal reporting portal, automated departmental reporting and the redesign of client onboarding from deposit to engagement letter. Iakovos works across CRM architecture, data quality, workflow integration and performance analytics, combining an understanding of day-to-day law firm operations with hands-on technical delivery. He holds an Integrated Master's in Agriculture from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
