Eleni Philippou

Eleni Philippou is the Senior Partner at Polycarpos Philippou & Associates LLC, specializing in real estate and conveyancing, contract law, and wills, estate planning, and probate. A graduate of the University of Nottingham (LL.B.) and University of Sheffield (LL.M., Distinction), Eleni has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2001 and a certified STEP member since 2015. Leading the firm's Property Department, Eleni also serves as the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Officer, overseeing intricate property transactions across Cyprus. Passionate about professional development, she is working toward a certification to teach legal courses. An avid sailor, Eleni earned her certification from the American Sailing Association in 2023 and is currently learning Hebrew.
