A fully operational Cyprus company, from €1,050
Set up abroad the wrong way and it catches up with you later, a frozen bank account, a tax question you cannot answer. We build and run your Cyprus company end to end, remotely, structured right from day one.
A Cyprus-admitted lawyer replies within 24 hours, in any of seven languages. Not an intake desk.

Choose on one question: who controls the company, and from where
Every package is a complete, working company. The tier only changes who sits in the director's chair and where they are.
Basic
The company, fully registered
The lean option, for founders who just need the company itself: incorporated, UBO filed, and every tax, VAT, VIES and OSS number in place. You bring your own registered office, secretary and bank account.

Enterprise
Managed from Cyprus
For entrepreneurs who want a Cyprus company but will not live here, whether you stay abroad or use the 60-day rule. A Cyprus-resident director keeps the company's management and control in Cyprus, which is what makes the structure hold up.
Then from €1,850 a year (≈ €154 / month) from year two
What is included
- Everything in Standard, plus:
- Nominee director resident in Cyprus
- Local corporate bank account
- A partner on your file, alongside your account manager
- A reasonable number of document signatures on your behalf
- Board and shareholder resolutions prepared for you
Why the nominee director is included, not optional. A Cyprus company is tax resident where its management and control are exercised, not where it is registered. If you are in Cyprus fewer than 183 days a year, a sole non-resident director leaves management and control outside Cyprus and puts the company's tax residency at risk. A Cyprus-resident director keeps management and control here, which is what makes the structure hold.

Timing
Company name approval takes 3 to 4 working days, or is immediate if you use one of our pre-approved names. Registration follows in 5 to 6 working days. An online corporate account opens in days; a local bank account normally takes one to two months. We tell you that on the first call, not the fourth.

Why us
Why work with us, not a formation portal
One firm for all of it
Company, tax, accounting, immigration, banking and the legal work, handled by one team under one roof. No juggling a lawyer, an accountant and a formation agent who never speak to each other.
No hidden fees, ever
One fixed fee, agreed in writing before we start. Government charges and disbursements are passed on at cost and itemised. No hourly meter, no surprise invoice.
Fast, named replies
One named account manager and a direct WhatsApp line, a reply within 24 hours, in any of seven working languages. Not a ticket queue, not an intake desk.
Lawyers, not agents
Regulated by the Cyprus Bar Association, with professional indemnity insurance and legal professional privilege on your communications, none of which a formation portal can offer.
Happy with our service, or your fee back
If we do not deliver the service set out in your engagement letter, we refund our professional fee. No firm can promise a government decision, a bank's approval or a tax authority's view, so we do not, but the work that is ours, we guarantee.
Relocating too?
Moving to Cyprus yourself, not just opening a company?
The tax relocation packages already include a Cyprus company, so you may need one page, not both. See what relocating actually costs.
