What the difference between 183 and 60 days actually means

Under the 183-day rule you live here, so you can be your own director. Under the 60-day rule you are abroad for most of the year, and a Cyprus company is only Cyprus tax resident if its management and control sit in Cyprus. A nominee director is therefore a requirement of that route, not an optional extra, which is why it is inside the package rather than beside it.

What relocating clients say

Genuine reviews from our Google profile, 4.9 stars across 366+ clients.

Nikolas did an outstanding job in assisting us at the Immigration Department in Nicosia. Excellent attention to detail, highly responsive and a very nice guy. We will be using him again to file our pink slip next year.
Tom Bell
Excellent service from start to finish. The team at Philippou Law handled my Yellow Slip application efficiently and professionally. The entire process was smooth and completed much faster than I expected. Special thanks to Mr. Charalambos Azinas for his outstanding support and guidance throughout.
Fabian Minov
Reached out a couple of months ago to convert my residence status, and had a super smooth experience getting it completed. Nikolas and Laura took on everything from start to finish, with barely any effort from my side. Definitely will be reaching out again if I need anything done.

One named account manager and a direct WhatsApp line, a reply within 24 hours, in any of seven working languages. Not a ticket queue, not an intake desk.

Lawyers, not agents

Happy with our service, or your fee back

If we do not deliver the service set out in your engagement letter, we refund our professional fee. No firm can promise a government decision, a bank's approval or a tax authority's view, so we do not, but the work that is ours, we guarantee.

Just need a company?

Not relocating, only opening a Cyprus company?

If you are not moving to Cyprus yourself, company formation and administration are priced on their own, from €1,050.
