Immigration Services in Cyprus

You can obtain permanent residency in Cyprus through the fast-track permit (Regulation 6(2)) by investing at least EUR 300,000 in real estate. The permit is issued within approximately 2 months and grants you the right to reside in Cyprus indefinitely.

The permanent residency permit (Category F) does not automatically grant the right to work in Cyprus. However, you can be employed as a director of a Cyprus company in which you hold shares. For other employment, a separate work permit is required.

You can apply for Cyprus citizenship by naturalisation after 7 years of legal residence in Cyprus (5 years if married to a Cypriot citizen). The application process typically takes 12-18 months from submission.
